My job is to generate new business opportunities and raise comOn’s profile as one of the leading agencies in Portugal. I do it through brand, comms and culture initiatives such as:
• Leading the design of proprietary problem-solving methodologies;
• Publishing an annual study on brand empathy (Who Cares);
• Recognised as one of the top 3 creative agencies in Portugal (2018, 2019);
• Winning international awards (ADCE, FWA, Awwwards);
• Creating an employee exchange program for independent agencies;
• Launching a 5-week learning program for young talent (Agency Bootcamp);
• Producing a 2-day conference, and many other initiatives;

My job was to develop strategies that inspired creativity and drove business results for clients like Danone, L’Oréal or FOX. During my time as a strategist at comOn, I was selected for the Cannes Lions Young Creative Academy and won 5 Efficacy Awards. I was also appointed the interim Marketing Director for Europe’s largest Casino during a transition period.

My task was to setup, recruit and manage the Social Media Team at comOn. During this period we were the first Portuguese agency listed on Facebook Studio with a project for Staples, built the 4th largest Nike Running social media community in the world (ahead of much bigger countries), and our client ActivoBank was considered Europe's Best Bank in Social Media.

I joined comOn in 2010 and, like many there, I started as an intern. But I was quickly put in charge of managing key social media clients such as Nike or ActivoBank. My role included:
- Direct contact with clients (Marketing Department) in a regular basis;
- Identification of brand needs and opportunities;
‐ Developing tactical and strategic briefs;
- Implementation and Campaigns control;
‐ Support creative work/development process;

Match Attack is home to some of Portugal’s finest DJ and production talents, and it's club nights have been a permanent fixture on the portuguese scene for some time now and continue to showcase not only artists from the Match Attack agency, but also other highly regarded DJs and producers from around the world.
