As a Team Leader: Managed an 8-member engineering team, ensuring their growth and development while closely monitoring the Software Development Lifecycle and Production Support. We adopted scrum agile for efficient workflows, and I played a key role in defining project scope and overseeing the platform and growth team's meetings, which focused on new product development, billing systems, user management, and integration efforts. As a Developer: Designed and developed a new branded platform for Namogoo, featuring core functionalities, and created "Intent based promotions" for personalized incentives. I architected and implemented large-scale web products using Express, Nestjs, Vue, and more. Message queuing with Kafka and SQS ensured reliable microservices communication. Collaborating closely with product, design, and data teams, I utilized tools like Salesforce, Grafana, Prometheus, Terraform, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and S3 to support these initiatives.

Full Stack Engineer

Played a pivotal role in developing Engageya's dashboard and "Storiya" product, led the widget support team, and utilized various technologies for UI development. Additionally, I contributed to server-side API logic using Java-Spring and managed features across multiple stages of the SDLC.

I led market research, formulated the business and revenue model, and devised the Go-To-Market strategy. Created the MVP and achieved 3rd place in JumpTAU's accelerator program by delivering our investor pitch deck to a diverse panel of 10+ investors with pride.

CTO, Co-Founder

Designed, built, and maintained The Floor's core product using the MEAN stack, enabling enterprises to optimize vendor insights while reducing costs and risks. My user-centric product development efforts secured the company's first client contract. I contributed to the full-cycle SaaS development, emphasizing Node.js/Angular, scalability, and security. Additionally, I collaborated with cross-functional teams, mentored colleagues, and facilitated new leaders onboarding.
