AI Logistics Safety Solution

viAct delivers an advanced AI-powered solution designed to enhance safety and productivity across modern manufacturing environments. By leveraging computer vision, IoT, and edge computing, the platform transforms existing CCTV systems into intelligent monitoring tools capable of detecting unsafe behaviors, PPE violations, and machine-related risks in real time. This proactive approach helps prevent accidents before they occur, reducing downtime and improving overall operational efficiency.

EHS Solution for Manufacturing

viAct’s AI-Powered Pedestrian Detection is engineered to address one of the most complex safety challenges across industrial environments: the constantly changing interaction between people and moving vehicles. Built to work seamlessly with existing CCTV or IP camera infrastructure, the solution brings intelligence to areas where human–vehicle risk is highest: • Workers crossing active vehicle routes without confirmed visual contact • Pedestrians entering restricted zones during live operations • Vehicle operators failing to detect pedestrians in blind spots • Movement outside approved walkways, crossings, or designated paths • Overcrowding during shift changes or peak operational hours The proprietary AI video analytics now delivers 24/7 monitoring across high-risk environments such as manufacturing plants, warehouses and logistics hubs, dynamic construction zones, cargo terminals, as well as public and transport-intensive spaces including aviation, metro, and rail facilities.

The Vision AI–Powered Anomaly Detection module by viAct is designed for complex manufacturing and industrial environments, enabling early identification of subtle deviations across machines, workflows, and material movement—often before they escalate into safety risks, quality losses, or production delays. Key applications include: • Detecting irregular machine movements or cycle-time variations • Identifying unusual worker–machine interaction patterns • Flagging abnormal material build-up or blockages • Highlighting machinery downtime during planned production periods • Spotting deviations in assembly sequences • Monitoring congestion or misrouting within internal logistics By applying AI-driven video analytics through existing CCTVs on site, this module introduces continuous situational awareness to the factory floor—transforming raw visual data into real-time, actionable operational intelligence.
