Throughout the lifecycle of numerous high-impact projects, I spearheaded teams of Project Management Professionals (PMPs) and Business Analysts, steering them through each pivotal phase: Planning, Discovery, Analysis, Design, and Implementation. My expertise lies in orchestrating cross-functional alignment across Business Strategy, Engineering, Product, Marketing, and IT, fostering a cohesive and collaborative environment.

I excelled in designing comprehensive omnichannel customer journey maps and service design blueprints, meticulously detailing both current and future states. Upon commencing my role, the "State of the State" report presented by the President highlighted several urgent priorities. These included widespread poverty, housing deficits, inadequate educational outcomes, and social programs marred by inefficiency, mismanagement, and political exploitation.

Development:
Out of 44M citizens, 29% were living in poverty and 6% in indigence. The housing deficit affected 3.8M families, with 2.2M requiring housing recovery and 1.6M in irrecoverable conditions. Additionally, 3.5M children depended on the Universal Child Allowance. Public sector employment grew by 64% between 2003 and 2015, reaching 3.6M, without corresponding improvements in service delivery. Meanwhile, 1.2M people were unemployed, and 3.8M worked in the informal sector. Furthermore, 42% of the population lacked sewage, 13% were without running water, and over 40% had no gas connection.
