Implemented an app that run simulations by calling internal APIs using microservices architecture. Web app made with ReactJS and served through AWS CloudFront. Rest API backend made with NodeJS and hosted as containers on AWS ECS. Used various AWS services like SQS, Lambda to decouple microservices. Other services used are Dynamodb for databse, VPC, ELB, SecretsManager, ECR etc. SQS processing service made with Python. Complete AWS infrastructure written in terraform. Automated the pipelines using Gitlab CI/CD.
Setup AWS architecture to autoscale Gitlab CI/CD runners that run schedules data transformation pipelines.
Setup SFTP server using AWS Transfer Family to facilitate external file trasnfers.
