Harish Kotra

I lead a Developer Relations team dedicated to advancing the capabilities of AI agents and empowering developers to build the next generation of intelligent applications using Gaia's open-source framework.

My role involves:

• Spearheading the design and implementation of our Developer Relations strategy, with a strong emphasis on clear OKRs to measure impact and success in the AI space.

• Mentoring and managing a team of DevRel professionals, guiding their priorities and providing hands-on support as they build and showcase AI agents using our open-source framework called Gaia.

• Actively contributing to the development of AI agents and creating resources that simplify complex AI concepts for developers.

• Fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team to deliver exceptional developer experiences and drive platform adoption.

• Work with partners across web2 and web3 to build, run, scale and launch their own AI agents and integrate with Gaia as their decentralize

With a strong background in community building and developer engagement, at Tribe and AngelHack, my primary focus is on nurturing local communities and community builders around the world, strategising and implementing effective initiatives. Here's a glimpse of my expertise:

• Developer Engagement: My passion lies in enhancing developer experiences and engagement, particularly through platforms like Discord, Slack, etc.

• Tool Development: Building essential tools for developer communities, supporting builders participating in hackathons, in-person and virtual events, and incubator programs.
