- Improved the page load times for the sites built with fastn. The time it took to load a page dropped from 1 second to 250 milliseconds without HTML caching, and to 1 millisecond with HTML caching enabled.
- Implemented new language features in the DSL such as enums, for-loops, and keyword arguments.
- Developed SQL processors for PostgreSQL, SQLite, and Google Sheets Query Language to enhance the backend capabilities of the framework. - Enhanced build speeds by introducing incremental build processes to cache build artifacts and reuse them, thereby reducing overall build time.
- Implemented a package resolver and updater that fetched fastn packages from GitHub and managed updates and purging of packages.
- Developed various developer tools to streamline the development process. This includes the implementation of a tool called `vercel-cache-helper`, which integrates Vercel Remote Caching with fastn to cache build artifacts.
