Delivered a SMART-on-FHIR client against Epic's FHIR R4 API (JWT client-assertion OAuth2, RS384-signed JWKS, resources spanning Patient, Observation, DiagnosticReport, ImagingStudy, Media, and ServiceRequest), exchanging medical records directly with hospital customers.

Passed a HIPAA compliance audit by owning its technical controls: audit-trail tables and ABHA number handling.

Completed a multi-tenant migration: tenant-scoped request context, JWT tenant verification, tenant-scoped caching.

Designed the selector-generation and shadow-DOM-traversal engine behind an enterprise Chrome-extension guidance product used by enterprise customers.

Delivered, end to end, page-identification adapters for four enterprise platforms (SAP, Coupa, Workday, SuccessFactors) plus a generic fallback, solving in-app navigation matching where client-side routing leaves no reliable URL to key off of.

Built a Workday HR data sync (RaaS report ingestion, user upsert by email, usergroup reconciliation) running as a background job via BullMQ, keeping customer audiences in sync with their live HR system.

Built sign-in integrations across SAML SSO (Okta, IBM Security Verify, Shibboleth) and Coupa's OAuth2 client-credentials flow, including an Active-Directory group-string parser and per-customer user/role auto-provisioning on login.

Passed a SOC 2 audit by owning database security controls on AWS: encryption at rest/in transit, backup policy.
