Set up the fulfillment team for bookings through various OTAs like MMT, Goibibo, Booking.com etc. Grew the team size from 3 to 42. Designed various processes along with regular reporting mechanisms to help monitor the team. Set up mechanisms to handle real time escalations. Handled the process of automation of booking creation.

Designed an offline Management Information System on local server in Java. Created a service implementing automated syncing of offline database with online database.

Part of 3 member team that helped procure an outsourcing vendor for OYO’s call centre operations to save $830k per annum. Prepared the RFP for assessing the contenders and negotiated the pricing with 3 of them. Prepared the contract for outsourcing along with the success metrics and reward/penalty structures for the processes being outsourced.

♣	Designed and implemented the post sales process for corporate and travel agent bookings handling a volume $1.1 million per month. Ramped up a 44-member team in 6 months for this. 
♣	As part of a 5-member team, formulated monthly incentive structures for on ground sales team from August to November 2015.
