ExequtechOS — Powerful business management without the complexityExequtechOS is a complete business and field-service management platform built for companies that need to manage both the office and the work happening in the field. It started with a simple real-world problem.A client had spent years using field-service software that was powerful on paper, but many of its capabilities were simply too difficult to use in practice. They asked us if we could build something that could handle the complexity of their operation without being complicated for the people using it.That request became ExequtechOS.Today, ExequtechOS connects customers, quotations, jobs, technicians, scheduling, projects, purchasing, supplier RFQs, inventory, vehicle stock, fixed assets, invoicing, debtors, creditors, staff hours, reporting and more in one platform. But the real strength isn't the number of features. It's how they work together.A customer can receive a quotation by email and accept it electronically without creating an account. That work can continue into a job, be scheduled and assigned to a technician, and then move into the field.Technicians use the Exequtech mobile app to receive and accept jobs, record travel and working time, capture photos, complete service checklists, record materials used and obtain customer sign-off.And because technicians don't always work somewhere with perfect connectivity, the field app is built to work offline and synchronize when a connection becomes available again.Behind the job, the same workflow can extend much further. If materials need to be purchased, RFQs can be sent to multiple suppliers. Suppliers submit their prices through a simple online link without needing an ExequtechOS account. The business can compare responses, generate a purchase order and connect that purchase back to the relevant job or project.Inventory can be managed across warehouses and vehicles. Stock can be reserved for jobs, transferred between locations, issued when used and returned when reserved material wasn't required.Projects can connect multiple jobs and related documents. Assets can maintain service history. Recurring schedules can automatically generate future maintenance jobs. Then the operational workflow connects back to the financial side of the business through invoicing, debtors, creditors, payments and job profitability.A typical ExequtechOS workflow can therefore look like:Customer → Quote → Acceptance → Job → Schedule → Technician → Labour + Materials → Completion → Customer Sign-off → Invoice → Payment → ProfitabilityWhile procurement can run alongside it:Job / Project → RFQ → Suppliers → Price Comparison → Purchase Order → Stock → Technician → Material UsageAll inside the same environment.
Powerful doesn't have to mean complicated
One of the principles behind ExequtechOS is that adding capability shouldn't automatically mean adding complexity for the user. The system has an OS-style interface designed to make a large business platform feel familiar and manageable. Different areas of the business can be opened as windows, users can work across multiple parts of the system, and access can be controlled according to roles and responsibilities.Teams don't need access to everything simply because everything exists. An administrator, technician, dispatcher, purchasing employee or warehouse employee can work with the parts of the system relevant to their job.
Built for real field conditions
ExequtechOS is designed for businesses such as electricians, plumbers, HVAC contractors, solar installers, CCTV installers, builders, maintenance companies, contractors and other organizations managing customers, people, jobs, materials and equipment. The platform is already being used in real business operations and continues to be developed and improved continuously based on how businesses actually work. We're not trying to simplify business by removing powerful capabilities. We're trying to put the complexity where it belongs — behind the system, not in front of the person using it.And as ExequtechOS continues to grow, that principle remains the same:Keep adding capability without making the software harder to use.ExequtechOSTry our interactive demo and experience the simplicity of our system.Run Smarter.
