As a product oriented person, in march 2016 I have made a shift towards a technology company - Easyhost. (largest hosting and managed services provider in Romania and former HOSTWAY in RO & UK) 
At Easyhost, I coordinate all product developments for Romania and UK in accordance to market behaviour and client needs. In this period I have successfully managed to develop our product catalogue by:
- launching Easycloud platform and driving business mid but also enterprise customers to our cloud platform (platform integrated into Bigstep Metal Cloud solution - ro.bigstep.com)
- relaunching of Romania and UK Easyhosts’ websites
- creation of WordPress dedicated hosting plans
- launching a business insights product - Who’s Visiting, capable of providing customers with informations regarding companies that have visited their websites
- creating SpeedBoost, an acceleration addon for customers websites that leverages caching and optimisation techniques in order to streamline higher website perfo

iabilet.ro was created starting from an opportunity identified on the ticketing market regarding electronic tickets, a concept that wasn’t present on the market at that time. Through strategic partnerships (the only ticketing platform that accepts mobile payments), marketing and strategic market development the project soon became number 2 on the market, overcoming well known ticketing agencies. 

Another project was BestMusic Live Concerts - the event platform of bestmusic.ro - over 400 events in 4 years of event organising and over 100.000 ticket buyers during this period using the iabilet.ro platform.

As an addition to the music services provided, I created BestMusic Digital Distro - the music monetising and digital rights management platform: catalog of over 50.000 track and 300 represented artists

Developing software, website maintenance, participating at client meetings and presenting methods of developing solutions, keeping permanent contact with customers for feedback and resolving software problems.
Web hosting technical assistance and linux server administrations.

During this period, I participated at the development of a web platform for creating merchandising reports for 3rd party clients (in that period it was a generation above all merchandising systems in the country). The solution had to be created with maximum flexibility regarding future updates and also with a high level of performance and stability.

Design and monitoring KPIs evolution. In 2011, the project income doubled while the costs were reduced.

Implementing a digital monetisation strategy for the largest Romanian label catalog that included: creating partnerships and developing online presences on: Youtube, iTunes, Spotify and Deezer.

Developing project specifications for a dedicated team of programmers and designers, quality checks, study for future developments and proposal of solutions or optimisations for current issues.
Providing help and support for the programmers’ technical development. 
Also part of the product owner’s responsibilities: work flux optimisation, creating wire frames and documentation, presenting project status and project developments to the shareholders and negotiating on resource allocation.

Coordinated and implemented a new version of the website BestMusic.ro giving it an upgraded experience to visitors (improved SEO, new sections and features, easier music listening experience), exploring new opportunities and generating increased income.
