Why we built this

Businesses in India that deliver with their own riders, such as suppliers, pharmacies, restaurants, grocery and local shops, spend much of the day calling and WhatsApp-ing riders to find out where orders are, and answering customers who call for updates. Geophrase gives them one place to run those deliveries.

How it works

Add deliveries by CSV import or one by one, and keep your existing order process.

Assign riders individually or in bulk, or let riders claim parcels by scanning a QR label.

Riders use a free Android and iOS app with customer details, directions and a planned stop sequence for multi-stop trips.

Customers confirm delivery with an OTP. If they can't share it, the store can allow a photo or note instead.

Every delivered or failed attempt records its time and location, and the business gets an SMS and email as soon as a delivery fails.

Managers see every order's status in one dashboard and download trip distances for rider payments and fuel reimbursement.

Riders can verify their identity with Aadhaar.

GPS Address Capture (optional)

Collect a customer's exact map location through a store link, or through an SDK on your website or app (JavaScript, React, Next.js, React Native, Flutter). It works with external couriers through a map link in the address, with no courier integration needed.

Pricing

₹8 when a rider starts a delivery, with up to three attempts included. No monthly or per-rider fee. Optional address capture costs ₹2, or ₹10 per order when you use both. ₹500 free credit at sign-up.

What Geophrase isn't

Geophrase doesn't supply riders and doesn't track them continuously. It records location when a delivery is completed or marked failed.
