It was an experience of a lifetime to have volunteered for SuccessBrew's The Indian E-Commerce Show 2022. I collaborated with a dynamic team to organize one of India's largest e-commerce shows, networking with innovative entrepreneurs such as Aswini Bajaj, Sam Baisla (Brand Samosa), and Purva Aggarwal (Good Good Piggy). From listening to LinkedIn strategy from Sam Baisla to discussing branding insightfully with Vanshika Mehta, the event was a treasure of information. Meeting and listening to Aryaman Mishra's (Riceē) entrepreneurial background was inspiring. Sourabh Goyal arranged for this experience, which ignited my passion for innovation and business.

As a Public Policy Intern at PPGF (April–Sept 2022), I conducted detailed research into The Chartered Accountants, Cost and Works Accountants, and Company Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 2021. My work looked at its effects on transparency, accountability, and disciplinary reforms, and was meant to influence policy discussions. I engaged with policymakers and explored governance challenges, legal complexities, and institutional autonomy. This experience built my analytical and strategic skills and helped me honed my public policy skillset.

Working as a research assistant on the topic “Factors Influencing Mental Health, Knowledge Gaining and Well-Being of Ph.D. Students: A Narrative Review” to Dr. Ankit Kumar Yadav between September and December 2022, I contributed to a narrative review that examined mental health problems among PhD students globally and pinpointed systemic stresses like imposter syndrome, economic pressure, and academic stress. My study established the changing role of supportive supervisor relationships and determined a significant (p<0.001) relationship between these variables and a decline in mental health.
