I embarked on my journey with the company as a freelance designer in 2012. Back then, our close-knit team consisted of just seven members, including the two visionary co-founders. As the sole designer and the only one working remotely, I had the unique opportunity to spearhead all design initiatives. My initial projects included designing mobile apps, which later transitioned to a complete overhaul of our main web app. Our efforts were recognized when our website redesign clinched the "SMB Website of the Year" award in Ireland.

As we evolved into a multi-product entity, I had the privilege of crafting the design narratives for our next two products: Teamwork Desk and Teamwork Chat. There's something truly exhilarating about building something from the ground up.
