Sourced using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Slideshare to interact with passive candidates. Created a database of 300 regional companies that were like businesses.  I used these business names to build Google Custom Search Engines, investigate on their own company websites, and research employees on LinkedIn.  Subsequently, I used Spokeo, ZoomInfo, Jigsaw, Hunter.io, SeekOut, and Hiretual to identify the candidate contact information.  Sourced candidates by using industry conference participant, delegate, or registrant lists , professional membership contact lists, project involvement,  LinkedIn groups, and message boards and forums (Reddit, and YouTube). Conducted phone interviews and built candidate proposals for hiring teams. Recruited professional roles in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, structural design, production management, instructors, manufacturing, project management, estimators, Health, Safety, and Environmental (ESH, HSE), and several construction site specific
