I conducted international benchmarking across 15 global case studies for Asia's largest land reclamation project, analysing commercial arrangements, funding models and economic impact. I also built a month-over-month predictive model examining COVID-19's effect on annual airmail volume for a major postal client in Hong Kong.

Consulting Intern

I spent a year helping news publishers across EMEA work out how to actually use AI - not in theory, but in practice. Ran two cohorts of the AI Launchpad programme, managed 8 publisher relationships, built a tech vendor network with 16 partners, and co-wrote two industry reports on where AI is headed in media. Good fun, learned a lot.

Worked with Google to deliver a digital transformation engagement for some of Taiwan's biggest news outlet with 1M+ monthly active users. I ran 1:1s with senior executives to map their data gaps and helped them build a clearer picture of how to use data to grow digital revenue.

Special Projects

The UN was a formative experience and honestly, a childhood dream come true. I was the first undergraduate intern the team had ever taken on, embedded at UNHQ within the Office of the Under-Secretary-General. I spent the summer working on innovation projects and developed a digital transformation toolkit that reached over 1,200 Secretariat staff through workshops. It taught me a lot about how large, complex institutions actually change.
