• I received two awards in recognition of the work I produced on my first two deliveries.
• Complete overhaul of TUI's higher tiered packaged holiday offerings which were not responsive and were outdated. In the first 2 months this saw an increase of 2.5% conversion.

Digital Product Owner - Browse Experience (Fixed Term Contract)

• Handling and inputting Referees, Assessors and Staff expenses.
• Contacting Club Secretaries for Referee Coach ticket requests.
• Using MOAS database to close/open dates for all Officials, updating personal details, data entry of Club marks and confirming of appointments.

Admin Assistant

• Co-Creator in squad adoption of agile delivery framework to increase delivery velocity and improve working culture.
• Delivered self-serving CMS, due to business demand for dynamic, flexible content. This overhaul replaced significant development dependencies, allowing my team to focus on key features.
• From initial conception to embedding of new journey for purchasing of membership plans. Reduced from 17 pages which confused users as validated by data, to 2 core subscription model plan pages. Within 3 months of launch this saw an increase in subscriptions by 3%.
• Significantly enhanced streaming offering ahead of Cannes LIONS 22 the annual core festival. These improvements saw an increase of 8 times the amount of monthly traffic from platform launch.
• Integration of Slack community to increase interaction with members. Within one week of launch this saw 500 users join community channel, against a target of 150 based on data usage of platform.

Senior Membership Product Manager

• Led the launch of significant new client for the business. This included delivery of over 30 newly designed and developed pages in under 3 months. Alongside this I took the responsibility of inputting 80,000 words of content for new pages to ensure project was kept on track.
• The project was delivered on time and under budget leading to the business receiving £1 million in bonuses.
• Was runner up for employee of the year (2020) in recognition of my work, and in May 2021 I won digital team member for Q1.
• Delivered auto redeem feature, this enabled users to redeem an offer direct via email. A previously bloated user journey which took 7 steps, was streamlined to 3 with new back-end automation processes created. This saw a conversion increase from 40% to 65% of offer redemption a core revenue stream to the business.
• Launched the first digital only version of the platform with no references to contact points in new market. This reduced the overhead costs of having to hire new staff

Product Manager

• Product lead for digital experience delivering EE’s own accessory gallery. The business forecasted an extra £900k annually in revenue from removal of third-party site use.
• It required a massive change in updating the automation price threshold for purchases. I had to present the business case to show the business value of this change to offset any potential fraud risk.
• Delivery of EE’s biggest Tariff Refresh, which saw first steps into offering benefits such as Amazon Prime, MTV Play &amp; BT Sport as part of phone plans. Saw an uplift of an extra £400k year on year. Including the management of 3rd party stakeholders to ensure they were happy with how their products were being promoted.
• Mentored a Product Executive within the BT Sales Product Team as part of the company mentoring scheme.

Digital Product Manager - Major Launches

• Achieved a year-on-year increase of 8% in digital upgrades through new personalised recommendation journey.
• Improvement of personalised recommendation saw a change in logic. It now show users other brand phone companies compared to the one they currently had, e.g. iPhone to Samsung. This was based from data and user testing which had seen users were more open to switching brands than previously before.
• Prioritising and aligning combined functional and project backlog for the Upgrade journey.
• Highlighted the need to work with the 'My EE' team as data insights had shown most upgrading customers would start their upgrade journey in their account area.
• This led to an inclusion of a recommended upgrade option in 'My EE' app pulled through from the upgrade shop journey.
• Implementing of yearly tariff refresh which required content driven target promotions.

Digital Product Owner - Upgrades

• Responsible as part of a team of 4 to organise and ensure delivery of high-profile company annual conference – The World Class Performance Conference 2016. 
• World Class Performance Conference received 87% positive feedback from attendees, an increase from previous years.
• User testing for departmental systems, providing feedback and potential improvements to developers.

Coaching Team Administrator (Short Term Contract)

• Organised the England Under-18's team fixtures and operations, including travel, logistics, match day planning. Ensuring all operations was achieved within strict budgets.
• Delivered high profile events for the England Under-18's team - largely competitive and friendly fixtures in the UK and abroad.

England Teams Operations Coordinator

• Launched key feature: Podcasts, a full end to end new journey. This saw an increase of 8% in page views, which also brought additional revenue through ad impressions - 2 key metrics for site performance.
• Initiated and prioritised CMS rebuild. This allowed for self-serving components to reduce development workload. It also catered to allowing for more competitions which led to revenue potential for sponsorship deals.
• Introduced agile framework to increase teams’ velocity and improve ways of working. No user stories were captured, and no ceremonies were in place to allow for collaboration and effective communication.
• Delivered 2 key competitions, which saw a significant increase in registrations by 12%. Enabling commercial teams to acquire more sponsorship deals increasing site revenue.
• Setting up and integrating Google Optimise to validate site re-brand.

Lead Product Manager - Team Niche

• Overseeing drafting of player contracts and agent documentation as per The Football Association, Premier League and Football League rules.
• Maintained data relating to cautions/suspensions and prepared the club’s response to any FA/Premier League/Football League charge or inquiry.

Assistant Club Secretary

• Increased average match-day crowd attendance from 500 to 1000 through extensive promotion and inventive marketing campaigns.
• Presented to Liverpool FC Club Secretary and General Counsel for Liverpool Ladies FC on-going Business Plans, including its relocation, overhaul of systems and business model.

General Manager of Liverpool Ladies FC

• Received a promotion following integral work developing two new refereeing databases that changed reporting on referees in English Football.
• Established key functionality for the new system and managing user expectations across a variety of stakeholders, whilst working to strict deadlines to ensure the new online databases were ready for launch date.
• Front-end user testing &amp; management of defect lists &amp; functionality requirements &amp; changes; selecting external testers of Beta site and gathering their feedback, whilst defining KPI’s.

Systems and Extranet Administrator

• Produced and presented a business case to the Club Secretary for the need of a new DBMS (electronic database of all player and staff information) to improve the productivity of the department going forward. 
• Launch of the new Club Secretary System led to me receiving the recognition of ‘Employee of the Month’. 
• Front-end user testing, inputting of confidential information in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Accountable for development budget of new system, whilst gathering requirements from external stakeholders.

Club Admin Assistant

● Released new 'Margin Administration' functionality enabling commercial team to automate pricing of lease cars, replacing manual processes. This has seen an uplift of 2.75% car leasing sales and has been adopted as the pricing model across the business. 
● Delivery of end to end licence checking for additional drivers which has seen an overhaul from manual processes to an API automated led system. Estimated to save the company over £800k over 5 years due to remove of 3rd dependency.
● Leading implementation of Salesforce community, giving the on-boarding team a central hub for communication with new clients &amp; prospects. Streamline new client adoption and modernising business approaches, whilst improving commission data capturing.
● Identified and eliminated legacy business practices which handled excess mileage, empowering Contract team to engage and manage customers at earliest convenience.
