Coordinated with invited guests, industry experts, and academia leaders to ensure a seamless event experience. Managed guest communication, reminders, and on-day assistance including welcoming, escorting, and seating coordination. Contributed to creating a professional and welcoming environment for 250+ student project showcases and internship presentations.

Showcased RideBuddy, a student-focused ride-sharing platform aimed at improving campus commuting convenience. Engaged with visiting faculty, industry professionals, and peers to explain the project’s technical implementation and real-world impact. Demonstrated features, answered queries, and received feedback for potential enhancements. Strengthened presentation, communication, and networking skills while representing the project at a national-level tech fest.
