I worked in Innovation Team (R&D). 

Being in a product based startup, I got to work on the bleeding edge of the Shuttl spectrum. It was a full stack developer role which requires developing and designing each and every bit including hardware, front end, back end, design, databases, project management. 

• Redesigned the Lead management system from grounds up for better efficiency, which helped in increasing the lead conversion rate by 58%.

• I helped in designing the network optimization system from grounds up so as to be able to schedule the buses efficiently on the route map to minimize the wait time delta between trips and maximize the utilization of the whole network. It helped in increasing revenue by 1.4x without adding any additional resources (buses) on road.

• Successfully implemented core features of Project Shuttl S.A.F.E. as an individual contributor: Auto onboarding authentication via face detection and recognition, ShuttlTV, Always on Alcohol detector with ignition cut

Lead Software Engineer

I worked in Adobe Experience Manager team of Marketing Cloud as a Software Developer.

Adobe Experience Manager is a tool that organises, manages, and delivers creative assets. Its main purpose is to deliver relevant experiences to customers that will build brands, drive demand and facilitate outreach. A user can use templates to create targeted content and publish them securely content in the cloud.

My work involved developing new features and enhancing existing features in AEM (full-stack) which were a part of product roadmap and requirements of partners and vendors.

Achievements:
· Successfully headed hands-on enablement workshop for partners in Singapore, Sydney & Tokyo.
· Got rewarded Bonus RSUs twice for an exemplary performance.
· Won Spot Award in Q4 2016 for developing a PoC to integrate AEM with a 3rd party financial product.

At DRDO, I worked at the ISSA Department under the guidance of Sir R.M. Singh.
I worked on the project "Task Scheduling Optimization" where I was given a Task to study on Various Task Scheduling Algorithms like SJF, FCFS, ROUND ROBIN etc. and to research and find out the Best Suited one for the given System Configuration based on the following factors :

•	Latency - Turnaround time & Response time
•	Fairness / Waiting Time

Summer Intern

My responsibility was to develop and execute test plans and design, manage, and document functional, regression, and stress tests to ensure the product works smoothly for all users.

In short, break what a developer develops and help users when they are lost.

Achievements:
· I played a key role in transforming the manual testing process to fully automated one.
· I created a full-fledged automation framework using Selenium web driver with Java and automated over 250 test cases which saved a lot of man hours to the team.

I was responsible for building, scaling, and architecture of our customer platform, the software stack used by Uber’s customers, employees, and partners that helps us effectively address these defects both proactively or in response to an issue raised by a customer ultimately resulting in customer delight!
