At Moledao, I lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, identifying and attracting high-potential talent across Web3, tech, and ecosystem roles. I work closely with founders and team leads to understand hiring needs, design structured recruitment processes, and ensure an efficient and high-quality candidate experience.
Key responsibilities:
	•	Own full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing)
	•	Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines
	•	Design and optimize hiring workflows and evaluation frameworks
	•	Develop and grow Moledao’s talent community
	•	Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience
	•	Collaborate cross-functionally with founders, operators, and ecosystem partners
