Head of Design

Worked in the producing team of Ghost Recon Wildlands and Ghost Recon Breakpoint  (production of 350+ people). 

Key responsibilities:
→ Managed cross-functional teams (mostly game architecture and narration) of 25+ developers and designers in an agile framework.
→ Budgeted, defined the roadmap, prioritized the backlog, and coordinated the work of several sprint teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

→ 22M+ units sold across both games
→ Developed key back-end systems for feature teams. Identified and handled major technical risks.

Led the creation of a B2B SaaS web app that helps industrial companies manage water risks.

→ Developed this new app in 6 months. 
→ Secured annual subscriptions from 4 major industrial groups before launch.

Designed and launched Zar, the first app that helps players get better directly as they play in competitive (esport) games, automatically. 

Key results: 
→ 250K+ users played 24M+ matches with our app.  
→ 86% weekly retention, 74% monthly. Average user session time: 2.3 hours. 
→ 4.9% paying users (freemium SaaS). Lifetime customer value of $50. - Raised 1m+ € among VC investors.

Co-founder - Design

Greenly is a B Corp certified climate tech SaaS company offering a platform to measure, reduce, and offset business carbon footprints through automated data collection and analysis.

As the first Head of product design hire, I:
- Lead and coach 3 designers across multiple product teams.
- Build the design culture from scratch, creating with my team a design system and streamlining collaboration across product teams with efficient processes and guidelines, to make sure product people work seamlessly together, with great practices in discovery, design, and delivery. 
- Integrate AI across product features and team workflows
- Collaborate closely with the head of product and C-level executives to position design as a product cornerstone.
- Personally design critical features, including ESG modules, project management, and upsell features.
