I run Ermes Logic, a small Italian software studio. Most of my time goes into our own product, OneVoice: chat, voice and video calls translated in real time across 23 languages, on Android, iOS and the web. I own it end to end — architecture across three clients, the live translation pipeline (speech recognition, translation and TTS inside an ongoing call), guest calling by link where the other person joins from a browser with no install and no account, and the freemium and credit system. The hard part is keeping translated speech fast enough to feel like a conversation instead of a walkie-talkie.
