Worked on modernizing computational chemistry codes developed to simulate the solvation properties of proteins and other biomolecules using the reduced interaction site model (RISM), making use of the techniques of classical force fields and nonequilibrium statistical mechanics to accurately describe the behavior of proteins in the presence of water, salts and small organic molecules.
