Interview Screener is transforming how companies hire using AI-powered candidate screening, resume parsing, and structured interviews.

As an early advisor and investor, I’ve helped shape the product strategy and go-to-market roadmap. The platform includes a Chrome extension that pulls candidates directly from LinkedIn, and our AI handles the initial screening through audio-based interviews, transcripts, and scoring.

What we’re doing:

- Reducing recruiter screening time by 60 percent
- Providing structured AI interview data for every applicant
- Enabling companies to hire faster and more objectively

The long-term goal is to become the backend infrastructure for hiring. Whether you're an early-stage startup or an enterprise with high applicant volume, Interview Screener will streamline the process from first touchpoint to final decision.

If you're hiring, building in HR tech, or looking to invest in the future of AI hiring infrastructure, reach out.

Business Development

I started my journey in software development in 2004, working with outsourced teams to build innovative solutions. My first project involved creating a stock market software training and trading platform using mathematicians from Russia. Since then, I’ve traveled the world, founded multiple startups, and collaborated with developers across various countries. One of my successes was creating a music app that became a leading platform in the Philippines and Italy. I’ve also built companies from the ground up, leading them to acquisition, and helped raise capital for others.

After 15 years of working with various outsourcing models, I decided to build a reliable software development team focused on delivering high-quality results and building long-term partnerships. That’s how Klizo Solutions was born. Today, with over 80 developers in India, the USA, and plans to expand into Vietnam, we serve as a dedicated development department for our clients, delivering scalable, AI-powered solution
