First Product Manager, responsible for:

• Setting up the product culture, organization and management.

• Defining & implementing product strategy from vision and product initiatives in line with business goals.

• Analyzing market and competitors as well as users’ feedback and behaviour.

• Deploying resources, tools and methodology to align teams on vision, strategy and delivery.

• Ensure conception, development follow up, maintenance and impact measure of products and functionalities.

• Productivity & Marketing products (in-house & third-party integrations).

  Representing more than 500 users across more than 50 countries worldwide.

• Gathering and understanding user needs and identify market opportunities.

• Aligning and collaborating closely with business, operations, UX & UI teams to define user journey.

• Designing solution : wireframe, prototype, proof of concept and MVP.

• Growing product value by building, testing, launching and monitoring customer centric features.

• Sharing knowledge and train users using internal documentation, support and communication tools.
