At Scopebase, we are building an AI-powered repair cost estimation platform for real estate investors who need faster and more reliable rehab budgets before making acquisition decisions. Scopebase helps fix-and-flip investors, BRRRR investors, wholesalers, landlords, and small real estate teams turn property information, photos, inspection notes, and repair details into structured cost estimates that are easier to review and act on.

Our goal is to reduce guesswork in the underwriting process and give investors a clearer view of potential renovation costs before they submit offers, speak with contractors, or move forward on a deal. I am focused on building practical AI systems that solve real workflow problems in real estate, starting with repair cost estimation and expanding toward better tools for deal analysis and investor decision-making.
