We empower creative minds with classes like Arduino Basics, Intro to Rhino 3D CAD; Getting Funded on Kickstarter, or Laser Cutting. Members also test their own skills in our metal shop and wood shop, and utilize 3D printers, laser cutting equipment, and much much more.

COFOUNDER

Designed and shipped new features for Amazon's customer service web application which supports 5000 global employees. 
Conducted generative research and usability testing with global employee teams resulting in $11 million in potential operational savings & heavy road map influence.
Worked with peer designers, PMs, TPMs, senior stake holders, and multiple dev teams across different time zones.

UX / UI DESIGNER

SENIOR INDUSTRIAL DESIGNER

Designed and shipped native applications for iOS devices and several new pages and features for the Alaska Airlines Cargo website. All efforts were guided by a strong user centered approach. 
Lead generative research workshops, synthesized findings into product opportunities, worked closely with engineering, marketing, PMs, policy and procedures, QA, stakeholders and product designers.
Built prototypes and conducted usability testing. 
Designed new features and incorporated technologies to achieve business requirements in a fast paced agile environment.
