CX360 was a major project that aims to replace the existing legacy application, due to the slow progress and delay of the project, I was brought in to assist and lead the front-end side of the project. I introduced the concept of reusable components to the project team, which greatly reduced the time and speed up the development cycle for the Salesforce developers across multiple teams.

I was called upon on short notice to help implement a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to an existing legacy app due to cyber attacks and security concerns. I was responsible for changing and enhancing the front-end to allow the MFA within a public customer facing application.
