Designing an electro optic architecture for non-mechanical laser beam steering using liquid crystal waveguide under the advising of Dr.Jian  Xu. It consists of a liquid crystal sandwiched between two Indium tin oxide glass plates where one of the glasses has pattern in shape of a prism. On application of an electric field the liquid crystals beneath the patterned glass will align themselves resulting in a refractive index change and thus steering of the laser beam.

Characterizing the electrical properties like I-V and C-V characteristics for various junction temperatures, frequencies and determining the trap concentrations of GaN and  SiC diodes under the advising of Dr. Osama Awadelkarim and Dr. Jian Xu for further improvement in their performances.

Fabricated an n-channel enhancement type MOSFET with 20-µm gate length using the gate-last manufacturing 
    Process, Included wafer cleaning, thermal oxidation, photolithography, etching and observation of metallization on a

Formulated a training material on SHINY, which helps users to easily navigate through the web based software and helps to data mine the required information in a more quick and user friendly manner. Also incorporated various improvements which helped drive the yield of the company.

The project was designed to follow a path according to the intensity of light with the help of light sensors and the bot was able to auto-correct itself upon collision.

In this project the motion control system of the robotic arm was simulated. The main focus of this simulation was to apply MATLAB software to Control System Design in order to move the motor of the Robotic Arm in proper angular positions according to the Inputs applied

The Project consists of a small microphone that detects the voice of the person and transmits it through the circuit to the speaker. This is a two-way process where two microphones and speakers help in communication between the two persons

It consisted of an ultrasound transmitter TX is emitting ultrasound waves into sensor ambient space continuously. These waves are reflecting from various objects and are reaching ultrasound receiver RX. There is a constant interference figure if no moving objects are in the placement. Any moving object changes the level and phase of the reflected signal and results in an alarm.
