KloudMD is front-office software for medical, dental and aesthetic practices. Patients book online and the appointment is written straight into the practice's EHR/EMR, so front-desk staff don't re-key anything. Two-way texting lets the team message patients from one place, and a shared inbox keeps texts, calls, eFax, email and DMs visible to everyone who needs them. An AI voice receptionist answers calls after hours and books patients, so they are not sent to voicemail.KloudMD also sends appointment reminders, asks for Google reviews after visits, and handles digital intake forms and consents that patients sign on their phone. Insurance AI checks eligibility, and every call is transcribed and scored. It integrates with most EHR/EMR systems and is built for the people who run a practice's front desk: office managers, practice owners and patient coordinators who want fewer missed calls and less manual data entry.
