Developed the 1st version of the Customer Q&A feature found on product pages. This framework facilitated forum-style discussions among customers about various products, authors, and more. 

Implemented the Early Adopters feature, which involved mining past purchase history data to algorithmically identify a subset of Amazon's customers as Early Adopters. These were individuals who consistently purchased products early in their adoption curve, which later became top sellers. The feature leveraged this data to identify and highlight up-and-coming products that Early Adopters were currently buying.

Prior to securing a permanent role, I completed internships with the Platform Tools and Supply Chain Systems teams.

Bootstrapped a profitable software outsourcing company specialising in assisting software product companies in scaling their development teams. Managed a team of over 20 engineers and served clients in both the USA and Europe.

Employee #10 at Glovo, took product from MVP to unicorn+acquisition.  Started as the only product person, owning every product decision for the ‘anything delivered on-demand’ app and building out the engineering team. Over time, led a 100-person product/design/UXR organisation that supported an 800-person engineering org.  As the first non-founder executive, was involved every major milestone of the business including crafting our company core values, winning our biggest growth channel McDonald’s and helping close major investment rounds.  Glovo delivers over 200M+ annual orders and operates in 22 countries and 250+ cities.

Chief Product Officer

Built MPV of a safe messaging app for pre-adolescents by leveraging AI to detect inappropriate content and cyberbullying.  Achieved decent activation CACs but ultimately was not able to expand atomic network beyond family unit in sufficient scale.

Led multiple product teams at Spain's largest social network as it transitioned to a chat messaging platform. Defined vision and strategy for mobile and web products within the Acquisition, Onboarding, and Commercial product teams. Hands-on with engineering, design, and other teams throughout the entire product development cycle, from inception to launch.

Key product launches include: Responsive Web Store, User-Generated Videos, Open Chat External Sharing, Tuenti Top Videos, In-Feed Mobile Ads, and Themes Ad Unit.
