Draft five people for your cabinet and assign each a job: President, Vice President, General, Propaganda Minister, or Treasurer. Every candidate comes from a country and a category, and every appointment changes what your team can do. After five rounds, send your cabinet into the field and see how many of the 195 nations it can conquer. Is a pop star a better Propaganda Minister than a politician? You'll find out.
