* Achieved an accuracy level of <2% between Forecast and Actuals while also improving Accounts Receivable (AR) aging.
* Directed the smooth integration of MedTouch financial, operational, and delivery functions into Perficient systems, while maintaining a <5% turnover rate.
* Strategically integrated PMO as both stakeholder and backer on several process improvements such as the new in-house Resource Forecasting tool, Customer Feedback, Sales Operations, and Resource Planning.

Played a critical role in delivering nearly all of our web-based projects.  The role included responsibilities in all facets of the business, including project management, account management, design and development, but also sales, operations, and accounting. As delivery director and project manager, was responsible for managing scope, budget, status, and timelines, writing and/or reviewing proposals, providing and/or reviewing estimates, and assigning resources.  Also helped convert the business to a milestone-driven mentality, significantly increasing productivity.

Interactive Director

Took on a position to run the product engineering initiative within North America.  Responsibilities included educating the sales team on the various existing products, identifying opportunities to use those products on client engagements, as well as identifying and evaluating new product opportunities.  Within the first 60 days, one new product was being developed and four others were being considered; additionally, three engagements were planned that would use an existing product based on Product Engineering efforts.
