I founded and shipped AmazVid as a solo builder — product, engineering, billing, and go-to-market.
I designed the core loop around listing-true video: sellers paste Amazon, Etsy, Temu, or Shopify links; we lock the real product photo as frame one; then we render silent orbit, push-in, and turntable clips for listing galleries. I built the batch pipeline (Next.js, Supabase, Inngest, Volcengine Seedance) so one camera and lighting choice applies across SKUs without an LLM rewriting the product.
I also own pricing and recovery: free starter credits, pay-as-you-go packs, Flash Starter, China/global checkout, and automatic credit refunds when a render fails. Shipping this taught me that marketplace sellers will not trust AI video unless packaging text stays readable — so I optimized for first-frame lock and 1080p catalogue clips, not cinematic ads with scripts.
