What I do:
— Drive the product end-to-end: from strategy and positioning down to shipping individual features in code
— Designed and built the core product flow: Idea → Visual Storyboard → Upload by Slot → Render → Post
— Built the tech stack: Next.js + Tailwind + Supabase on the frontend, FastAPI + Gemini 2.5 Flash + FFmpeg + Whisper/Groq on the backend, deployed on Vercel/Railway
— Developing a reference-video pipeline (Instagram/TikTok) — the product analyzes style, transitions, and audio from a reference clip to render matching content
— Lead marketing and distribution: build-in-public storytelling on LinkedIn and X, writing and shooting promo content myself
— Part of nFactorial Incubator (Almaty), pitching the product to investors and mentors
What I learned:
