Founder of Klosed, an AI SMS platform that reactivates dormant real estate leads. I built the entire product as a solo, non-traditional founder using AI development tools, from the messaging pipeline and lead-qualification logic to the infrastructure and go-to-market.
Klosed texts an agent's cold, neglected database in their own voice, qualifies the replies, and routes warm buyers and sellers back to the agent, recovering pipeline they already paid for. Early proof came from manually reactivating a dormant database at a SERHANT brokerage, which surfaced a $2.5M buyer, and an Oakland RE/MAX test that hit roughly 6% reactivation versus the ~1.2% industry average.
My role spans everything a solo founder owns: product, engineering, data infrastructure, positioning, SEO, and direct outreach to agents. I'm focused on getting agents their first closed deal from leads they'd written off.
