Developed a JavaFX application for playlist management and music playback, featuring Deezer API integration for real-time song search and addition. Ensured application robustness through comprehensive unit tests, validating each component for a reliable user experience. This Music Player app, created for my final Data Structures and Algorithms project at Delaware State University, highlights my adept use of efficient data structures. Completed on time, it reflects my strong software engineering and problem-solving skills, earning me an A in the course.

CrisisLens was built to make breaking news more useful in the moment. Instead of stopping at headlines, the product turns a fast-moving crisis into something people can understand, track, and respond to in real time. We combined an interactive globe, AI-generated summaries, impact analysis, and "what to watch next" guidance into one live experience. The product also included a personalized For You feed, multilingual summaries, and an in-app donation flow so users could support relief efforts without leaving the app.

Developed over 24 hours, EcoRunner, an endless 2D runner app designed to meet the challenge of building a technology solution for “Social Good” by introducing the user to the concept of climate change. Awarded 2nd place out of 20 teams in a competitive hackathon.

Participated in a 13-week FICO AI/ML challenge, attending weekly lectures covering core concepts like tokenization, embeddings, neural networks, and transformers, and gaining invaluable experience in this growing field. Led a team to develop a Focus Language AI model, designed to classify synthetic customer conversations by intent, sentiment, tone, and resolution, under the guidance of FICO Data Scientists. Implemented a BERT-based AI model that achieved a 96.37% overall accuracy in conversation classification on our dataset and a 90.82% overall accuracy on FICO's final training set Presented the final Focus Language AI model and performance metrics to FICO executives , successfully concluding the 13-week challenge

Hornet Helper is a comprehensive campus engagement platform designed to enhance student connectivity and streamline academic support services at Delaware State University. Developed as an innovative alternative to the Navigate360 app, Hornet Helper provides a centralized hub where students can connect with peers, schedule tutoring appointments, and receive academic alerts. By focusing on user-friendly design and tailored functionality for the DSU community, Hornet Helper aims to foster stronger student-advisor relationships, encourage proactive academic planning, and build a more connected campus culture. Through its robust features and seamless integration with the apis used, Hornet Helper empowers students to take control of their educational journey while promoting collaboration, accessibility, and student success.

• Architected and developed full-stack investment platform using React and FastAPI, implementing AI-driven portfolio recommendation and automated rebalancing workflows. • Designed dual-agent system powered by GPT-based models and Pydantic validation for structured decision routing between new portfolio generation and rebalancing analysis. • Integrated real-time market data ingestion and sentiment analysis pipelines to inform allocation strategies. • Engineered persistent portfolio state management using Firebase Firestore with interactive analytics dashboards.

InnoVest

Developed a Java-based math jeopardy game for 7th-grade students, collaborating with a team to implement features such as question display, scoring, timer, and sound effects, resulting in improved math skills and engagement.

Our team created a blog for our product, which is an Arduino Pi-car with a wood-crafted crane attached to the top. The main purpose of this product is to have it go around and analyze for any unusual objects or obstacles, and then have the crane pick it up and safely store it in a cartridge. The blog gives the details of the product itself, expresses the progress made to get to where we are, and the constraints/issues that was dealt. We also have the team members involved in this project along with an opportunity for users to communicate for more details about the product itself via email.
