I’m building SwiftGate — an operating system for AI agents.
SwiftGate connects different agents as nodes in one shared system. Claude Code, OpenCode and other external agents work alongside the built-in SwiftGate harness with shared knowledge, memory, MCP integrations, peer communication, scheduled wakes and a complete action log.
The key layer is the Gate itself: when agents, models, tools and machines operate through one infrastructure layer, it also becomes a natural place for traceability, observability and understanding what happened across the system.
SwiftGate is BYOK-first, with no usage fees for model tokens. Local machines can be connected through the SwiftGate CLI, with local agents and models becoming an increasingly important part of the system.
I’m building SwiftGate as an accessible cloud product while developing it toward local and self-hosted deployments for both individuals and companies.
