Tymeslot is open-source scheduling. You share one link, people pick a free slot, and Tymeslot checks every calendar you have connected before it offers that slot. When someone books, the event lands in your calendar with the video link already in it. No more five emails to agree on a Tuesday.I started it as a calendar tool I was writing for myself. The part I kept coming back to was booking, so it grew in that direction, and the calendar is still in there: day, week, month and agenda views, with drag to reschedule. What it does today:Calendars: Google, Outlook, Exchange, iCloud and any CalDAV server, including Nextcloud, Radicale and Baikal. Two-way sync, so nobody can book over an existing appointment.Video: Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, MiroTalk P2P and more. Offer several and let the guest choose.Booking pages: themes you can customise down to colours, fonts and video backgrounds, several named availability schedules with their own hours and rules, custom booking questions, group bookings and one-off group events, meeting polls, and reminders with an .ics invite attached. Guests cancel or reschedule from a secure link without an account. Booking pages carry no third-party trackers, and they embed on any site inline, as a popup or as a floating button.Payments and automation: take payment at booking with Stripe in 13 currencies, and fire a signed webhook or a Slack or Telegram message on every booking event, ready for n8n, Zapier, Make or your own backend.Languages: English, German, Ukrainian, French, Italian, Czech, Polish and Brazilian Portuguese, picked from the browser. For builders, the part that matters most: the whole product is open source under the GNU AGPLv3, and the self-hosted version has no feature wall. Calendar sync, payments, automation, themes and every language work on your own server, for free. Run it with Docker on any Linux box, as a one-click Cloudron app, or from a Railway template, against your own PostgreSQL. Every booking, calendar token and client detail stays on infrastructure you control. It is built in Elixir and Phoenix, and the code is on GitHub at github.com/Tymeslot/tymeslot.If you would rather not run a server, the managed cloud at <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc" class="break-all link-break text-gray-500 hover:underline" href="http://tymeslot.app">tymeslot.app</a> is free to start, with unlimited bookings and every integration. Pro is €9 a month flat, or €90 a year, and adds automation, group bookings, custom questions, booking analytics and payments. It runs the same code as the self-hosted version, so you can start on one and move to the other later.I have built Tymeslot in the open since January, and nine people besides me have sent code. Releases ship most weeks; the latest adds one-off group events with planned dates and registration deadlines.I would love feedback from anyone who books meetings, runs a booking page for clients, or self-hosts their tools. Tell me what is missing, what confused you during setup, or what you would want next. I read every comment here and every issue on GitHub myself.
