As an Orchid Deputy Manager, I aid the General Manager in all aspects of the business, and have particular responsibility for Staff Rotas, our partnership with the adjoining Premier Inn and the running of the Restaurant.

Working within The Agency @ Sainsbury's, our in-house resourcing division for central roles, I am a key member of the administration team, supporting the consultants with a variety of tasks.
- Key member of a specialist IT recruitment administration sub-team, and the first point of contact for internal stakeholders and third party agencies.
- Produce detailed MI for internal stakeholders, ensuring the smooth running of a challenging recruitment project, with regular feedback to concerned parties.
- Book interviews for a variety of roles, ensuring hiring manager availability and an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.
