I started this directory website with cafes for working. It's tackling the problem of finding cafes where working is allowed. Google does not really provide an option to filter cafes, and you have to check the images and reviews of each cafe to decide if it's suitable. It's currently focusing on German cities, but I am planning to add more cities in Europe and worldwide. This is how I am curating the locations:<ol><li>Google search for a specific city</li><li>Fetch all reviews based on specific keywords, e.g., wifi</li><li>Evaluate if reviews mention that the café allows working</li></ol>Goal is that only cafes are listed which are laptop-friendly. Cafes can also report if they don't want to be listed in case they are flooded with people with laptops :)Challenges and ideas<ul><li>Improve Google ranking: I gained some traction, but I lost positions for the German version</li><li>Add more information, such as features or vegan options</li><li>Gather reviews from other sources, like TripAdvisor</li><li>Allow users to add a review to remove the dependency on Google reviews</li></ul>What do you think about the idea?
