That came to 7,256 provisions and 622,414 words of summaries, longer than War and Peace, each line with its section number and drawn from 1,217 official sources. A watcher now checks 55 of those codes every week for changes.Eagle Eye is the part you can try. Add the letter your HOA sent and the community's rules, pick your state, and it reads all three against each other and quotes both sides of every difference, with the section. The AI is confined to our reference, so the law it shows is the law we wrote down from the code. Boards use it on their own bylaws, and the report ends with attorneys in that state from a directory of 6,941.It's free for homeowners and needs no account, and a letter is never saved. Arizona's Family ran a segment on it in October. I'd value hearing where it reads well and where it doesn't, especially from anyone who has had one of these letters.
