I had never worked for a small company and made the leap to join a sub 300 person Series C startup called Fetch Rewards (now rebranded to Fetch).  

That decision turned out to be so much more than I expected.  I was given a front row seat as we grew Fetch by almost 900 people during my time there. Our CEO, Wes Schroll, even asked me to participate in the Series D pitch to Softbank which led Fetch to become a unicorn startup.  Our Talent Acquisition team tripled in size and we implemented so many new efforts including a new recruiting tech stack, built new data driven hiring processes and programs, revamped employer branding and onboarding and so much more.   

Fetch became ranked up to #1 in Free Apps and was consistently top 10 in Shopping Apps and is currently a Series E funded mobile shopping platform that rewards shoppers for buying the brands they love.
