I am a former British Army Senior Non-Commissioned Officer with over 20 years’ experience in leadership, security management, training delivery, and high-pressure operational environments across the UK and overseas.

My career spans military service, logistics, aviation operations, transport, and large-scale event build teams — leading people in demanding, fast-paced, and often high-stress environments. Throughout my service, one constant became clear: strong leadership isn’t just about performance — it’s about people.

Alongside my operational roles, I have worked extensively as a mental health advocate and trainer within the British Army, helping leaders and teams recognise early warning signs, have difficult conversations, and confidently signpost individuals to appropriate support.
