I began my journey as a receptionist, responsible for office management and customer service. Recognizing my potential, the business owner swiftly promoted me to the administration team, where I rapidly excelled. Over time, I was entrusted with increasing levels of responsibility, demonstrating my ability to adapt and contribute effectively to the company's administrative functions. Eventually becoming the owners "right hand".

I joined this influencer management firm, which represents two of Sweden's largest TikTok influencers, after being personally recruited by a previous employer who recognized my capabilities. In this role, I contributed to the setup of operational processes and developed strategies for scaling the business, helping to drive growth and streamline management.

Noticing a significant shift toward decentralized organizational structures that dramatically improve operations, I identified the challenges businesses face in implementing these models due to their complexity. To address this, I spent two and a half years studying these structures alongside some of the world's best management experts and designed my own blockchain management platform to facilitate a safer and easier transition.

- Pitched to 200 investors at once and 30 one-on-one meetings.
- Delivered sales presentations to multiple C-level executives at billion dollar companies, and other significant figures, presenting to over 250 people.
- Crafted strategic presentations for team alignment, advisor onboarding, and partnership development.

At the age of 16, I launched my first venture, a unique business offering innovative socks that stuck together, aimed at simplifying the hassle of sorting pairs after washing. I successfully brought together five highly accomplished co-founders, collectively committing to $100,000 in startup capital.

Despite our initial success, I made the strategic decision to halt operations before launch due to foundational issues that would have hindered long-term growth. Importantly, no capital was lost, and the experience provided invaluable lessons in business structure and teamwork.

Veyra is an AI Development Agency. We partner with B2B service businesses to productize their service into a platform and launch a pilot-ready MVP in ≤30 days. Our advantage: we use AI to speed up development—clear specs, faster build, tighter QA, solid docs.

Client-led evolution: We began with AI automations; every early client asked for “the platform version” of their service. We made it our core.

Recognizing that the primary barrier to blockchain mass adoption was the user experience, I conducted extensive qualitative market research in the blockchain UI/UX space. My goal was to identify the most effective tools and strategies to simplify onboarding for blockchain platforms.

The insights gained from this research led me to develop and sell a comprehensive framework to help blockchain businesses improve their customer onboarding processes and boost conversion rates. After successfully launching this initiative, I decided to close the business to focus my efforts on applying this knowledge to the Metacom Platform.
