Alkesh Miyani

BAPS is an International and worldwide religious organization which available within 52 countries. My role in this community like, train the children and other volunteers for a lecture, commentary, dance, singing, handling the bal mandalas, etc. types of activities plus improve management level skills. And then pick up those children and volunteer for next level training and give authority to handle new bal mandalas in BAPS at Surat, Gujarat, India. It motivates me to get more management-level skills and also helped me to use that knowledge and skills in my professional career.
