At Santander Bank US, I was a key member of the BSA/Compliance AML Team, specializing in Norkom Technologies. In my role as CSA Manager, I oversee the implementation of Norkom technology within the bank. I serve as a Norkom specialist and business analyst, handling new software changes and version deployments. My duties also include coordinating software development, testing, and deployments, managing incidents in the production environment, and providing support for the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) on software incidents or queries. I served as a Java analyst at Norkom Technologies, a global leader in financial crime and compliance solutions for the financial services industry. My role involved analyzing systemic deficiencies, engineering solutions, and ensuring the software met client needs and industry standards. Technical expertise includes Java, JSP, Ajax, Websphere 6.1, JBOSS, Velocity Templates, and Canoo test framework. I also collaborated on database design with Product DBAs. Computer Engineer - Java Technology

At Santander Bank US, I was part of the BSA/Compliance AML Team, specializing in Norkom Technologies. My role includes managing the CSA for Norkom technology at Santander US, acting as a business analyst for new software changes, and overseeing new version deployments of Norkom Technologies. I coordinate software developments, testing, and deployments, manage production environment incidents, and provide FIU support for software incidents or functional inquiries. My responsibilities also include team management, conducting gap analysis, and designing and developing ETL for various applications.

As an Adjunct Professor at the University of Girona (UdG), I taught a practical course in AI for logistics, covering the basics of AI, its history, and how it works. As well, I've covered the basics of using AI for demand forecasting, inventory and routing optimization, warehouse automation, computer vision for quality control, and NLP for operations. 

The course combines real-world use cases with hands-on data pipelines to demonstrate how AI drives measurable gains in cost, speed, and service. We also took a clear look at the drawbacks, including bias, privacy, transparency, data quality, safety, and operational risk.

My goal is for students to leave with a balanced, actionable understanding of AI in logistics and the judgment to implement it responsibly.
