<h2>A Platform That Redefines Reading and Rewards </h2>Overview Bookcart is an innovative book purchase and reading platform where users can explore, purchase, and enjoy both e-books and physical books. What sets it apart is its unique integration of a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) model, rewarding users for successful referrals—a novel challenge that pushed the boundaries of design and business strategy. Services Delivered To meet these challenges, I provided a comprehensive suite of services:<ul><li>Business Strategy: Collaborated closely with stakeholders to define goals and create a design roadmap.</li><li>Mobile App Design: Crafted an intuitive and visually appealing interface to enhance user engagement.</li><li>UX/UI Design: Developed a seamless journey for book browsing, purchasing, and referrals.</li><li>Wireframing: Created low-fidelity wireframes to map out the flow and refine key interactions.</li><li>Prototyping: Delivered an interactive prototype for testing and iterating on user feedback. Outcome The result was a highly functional and user-friendly platform that not only enabled effortless book purchases but also seamlessly integrated the MLM model. <h2>Mycaptain Website Redesign </h2>After nine years, MyCaptain underwent a brand refresh, shifting from explore to PRO courses with a focus on helping students secure placements in their desired fields. In need of a playful yet professional brand update, we sought a quirky identity that resonated with students, instilling confidence in our PRO courses' placement potential. Recognizing their resistance to change, we aimed for a flexible brand that could evolve with our initiatives. served as the primary designer overseeing this project, handling it comprehensively from inception to completion. However, collaboration with various team members was integral to its success. Impact: As soon as it launched, we instantly observed a 70% bounce rate for our ad, in contrast to the previous site. After 50 days of being live, we experienced a ≈65% decrease in the bounce rate
