This research paper has considered case studies of three financial institutions located in London; these includes HSBC, Barclays and NatWest. All three firms are financially healthy and well-reputed among its stakeholders, however, because of Covid-19 pandemic, these institutions are facing loss in revenue, therefore I got unique opportunity to understand how these companies will plan on reviving themselves. Last global financial crisis appeared in the year 2008, and since then there has been change in technologies, consumer behaviour, regulations and reforms, therefore findings of this research would be important and beneficial to both banks and other businesses on how they can sustain their business operations in case of a future recession, or how they can revive their business in case they face loss/lose revenue.
