Built “Yennic DS”, a unified design system with the design team to improve usability, efficiency, and overall aesthetic appeal of Leadsquared's field sales app. It resulted in a more visually cohesive app with a consistent look and feel across all modules, resulting in an enhanced user experience.
Designed one of the most complex field sales app modules, "My Trips", by conducting research, user flows, information architecture and prototypes to develop a user-friendly interface and experience. The successful implementation of this module resulted in increased user engagement and revenue generation.
Revamped over 5+ modules of the app, for a better user experience, that were previously very poorly designed in terms of visual hierarchy, typography, colour scheme, and layout.
